Opera del West presents:
A Night of Divas and Doggies
Join Opera del West for two comic one-act operas, Pepito and The Impresario. Pepito is a new work by up and coming composer Nicolas Lell Benavides and librettist Marella Martin Koch, about a dog looking for his forever home. Mozart’s The Impresario is a play with music based on two sopranos competing for one role in a famous producer’s office. Both are humorous works about different types of job interviews. They will be sung in English and complimentary refreshments will be served during intermission. Stage Directed by Brenda Huggins and Music Directed by Eve Budnick.
